The Child Care Health Outreach program was created in 1994. In line with the goals of the Snohomish County Health Department, our mission is to keep children safe and to lead in the promotion of healthy early childhood development through collaborative population-based interventions that support and educate the child care community.
Our team consists of a public health nurse, environmental health specialist, behavioral health specialist, and a nutritionist. Together, we promote health and safety in child care and early learning settings in our county and beyond. To learn more about our program, visit our website: http://www.snohd.org/childcare.
We are pleased to offer our online classes to all child care providers, early learning providers, community partners, and others interested in keeping children safe and healthy. You can start taking classes by clicking on "SIGN UP" on the menu at the top of the screen.
